How tracking works
Once your order leaves our Columbia, Maryland studio you receive an email with a tracking number. US parcels move through a fast domestic service and usually arrive within 5–8 days of dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, send us the order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
