Order Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get exactly what you want!

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies
  • Email your cancellation request to [email protected]
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours as they enter our shipping process

Refund Timeline

  • Bank posting: 10-15 business days
