The Creative Force: Melissa
As our lead designer, Melissa is the creative mind behind our vintage-inspired aesthetic. With a background in both fashion design and art history, she brings a unique perspective to every collection.
“I’ve always been drawn to vintage clothing,” Melissa says. “There’s something magical about the attention to detail and thoughtful design from past eras. My goal is to capture that magic but make it work for modern women’s lives and bodies.”
Melissa’s favorite Tvsport piece: The Emma Blouse with its delicate collar detail and versatile style.
The Fabric Expert: James
James is our textile specialist who hunts down the perfect fabrics for each design. With over 15 years in the textile industry, he knows exactly what will drape beautifully and stand the test of time.
“Finding the right fabric is like matchmaking,” James explains. “You need to consider the design, the function, how it feels, how it wears… there are so many factors. When it all comes together, though, it’s absolutely worth the search.”
James’s favorite Tvsport piece: The Sophie Pants because the fabric has the perfect amount of structure and stretch.
The Pattern Perfectionist: Elena
Elena turns sketches into patterns that fit real women’s bodies. Her mathematical mind and attention to detail ensure that every piece fits beautifully across our size range.
“The most satisfying part of my job is solving fit puzzles,” Elena shares. “Making a garment that looks good on different body types requires thinking in three dimensions and understanding how fabric behaves on curves.”
Elena’s favorite Tvsport piece: The Clara Dress because its clever seaming flatters so many different shapes.
The Production Coordinator: Thomas
Thomas makes sure everything runs smoothly from design to delivery. He coordinates with our small network of ethical manufacturing partners and keeps the entire production schedule on track.
“I’m like the conductor of an orchestra,” Thomas laughs. “My job is making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it, so we can create beautiful clothes without unnecessary stress or rush.”
Thomas’s favorite Tvsport piece: The Vintage-inspired Cardigan because it’s so versatile and represents our attention to quality.
The Customer Connection: Jenna
As our customer service lead, Jenna is often the voice you’ll hear when you reach out with questions or feedback. Her fashion knowledge and genuine care for customers make her an invaluable team member.
“I love helping customers find their perfect fit or style,” Jenna says. “When someone emails back to say they love their purchase, it makes my whole day. That connection with our community is what makes this job special.”
Jenna’s favorite Tvsport piece: The Rebecca Skirt because she’s seen how happy it makes customers of all ages and sizes.
The Vision Keeper: Sarah
As our founder, Sarah’s vision guides everything we do. She started Tvsport Online because she believed women deserved better options – clothes with personality that also fit well and felt good.
“What drives me every day is creating a wardrobe that helps women feel both comfortable and beautiful,” Sarah explains. “I believe clothing should work for you, not against you, and should bring joy every time you put it on.”
Sarah’s favorite Tvsport piece: “That’s like asking me to pick a favorite child! But I do wear our Classic White Blouse at least once a week – it goes with everything and always makes me feel put together.”
