How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the USA. This applies to any order size!
How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days within the USA. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options! (Note: We cannot ship to US military bases at this time.)
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all purchases. When checking out, you’ll be directed to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction.
Is shopping on your website safe?

Orders & Changes
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Due to our quick processing system, we cannot modify orders once they’re placed. Please double-check all details (size, design, quantity, address) before confirming your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but time is limited:
- Cancel within 6 hours of placing your order
- A 10% processing fee will apply
- Send cancellation requests to [email protected]
- Orders processed after 6 hours cannot be canceled
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- No restocking fees
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Item must be in original condition
How long do I have to return items?
Our return window is 30 days from delivery date. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be returned. For complete details, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Problem Solving
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking shows delivery but you can’t find your package:
- Check around your delivery location thoroughly
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number from your shipping notification
