A smaller injury list is not the only advantage counting in the Conte’s favour ahead of this clash, with his team’s home record posing a significant problem for a Gunners side that has won just three times in 12 domestic away matches this season.
Having lost five of those – including Sunday’s 4-2 FA Cup defeat at Championship Nottingham Forest – it seem unlikely the guests will do much better at a ground where they have won just once in a decade.
